  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM (PST) may begin processing the same day, while orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, are typically processed on the next business day.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@gingingood.com within 15 hours of order placement.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We primarily ship orders via UPS and USPS.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • California: 1–3 business days
  • East Coast: 2–6 business days

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Orders are carefully packaged using padded envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on the item, to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Cost and Free Shipping

  • United States: Free shipping is available on orders of $48.99 or more. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping fees.

Damaged Package Policy

  1. If your package arrives severely damaged, please take clear photos and contact us immediately at info@gingingood.com
