We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers.
Shipping time estimates:
- California: 1–3 business days
- East Coast: 2–6 business days
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and weather conditions. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States, including Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Packaging Information
Products are packaged securely in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes, depending on the item, to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Cost and Free Shipping
- United States: Free shipping is offered on orders of $48.99 or more. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping fees.
- Canada: Shipping is available for an additional fee; free shipping is not offered.
Damaged Package Policy
If your package arrives severely damaged, please take clear photos and contact us immediately. We will verify the damage and provide an appropriate resolution (refund or replacement).
Order Changes and Cancellations
