Return and Exchange Policy

At GinGinGood, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Products must be unopened and unused.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, and we encourage customers to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
  • Severely damaged items (e.g., broken, leaking, or compromised) are eligible for a refund.

  • Incorrect items received are eligible for a free return and refund.
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product use are not eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Return and Exchange Process

2.2 Include in your email:

  • Order number and email used
  • Detailed description of the issue (photos/videos recommended)
  • Preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
