At GinGinGood, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Products must be unopened and unused.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, and we encourage customers to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

Severely damaged items (e.g., broken, leaking, or compromised) are eligible for a refund.
- Incorrect items received are eligible for a free return and refund.
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
2. Return and Exchange Process

- Order number and email used
- Detailed description of the issue (photos/videos recommended)
- Preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
